Kiip by design doesn't fill every request so it is expected behavior for you to not see rewards 100% of the time. However, if you're not able to see rewards at all please first try reviewing the most common reasons:
- Most often, the problem is that advertiser demand may not be strong for your country/geo so we don't have rewards available for you. If you believe this is the case, we recommend triggering requests using a US-based VPN connection where Kiip's advertising demand is the highest.
- You are trying to call moment that has been disabled. Navigate to the moment's editor located in the "App Settings" section of the dashboard and make sure that the moment you're trying to call is in fact enabled as shown below.
If you were still not able to get any ads, you can open a support ticket at our Developer Support portal or send us an email to email@example.com. Please send the full logs from the app start with details on the ad type you are trying to integrate and as much information as possible.
