If you are not able to get live reward campaigns, you have three way to assure you're able to get ads.
1. Enable Test Mode in the Kiip Dashboard (Device Level)
Navigate to the "App Settings" section and locate the Developer Console at the bottom of the page. Click on the "Test Devices" button to launch the popup window where you'll need to define a unique name for the device and the device’s Advertising ID. Once you click the "Add Device" button and see the device information displayed within the window you're all set.
Note: Test mode could take 1-2 minutes to activate and will last until you disable test mode for that device. To disable test mode you can either uncheck the box to the left of the device information or delete the device info completely by clicking the "X" on the right.
2. Turn on Test Mode from the Kiip SDK (Build Level)
You can turn on test mode within the SDK by modifying the SDK settings. This Test Mode method requires Kiip SDK 2.3.0 or higher. You should make sure to disable test mode before going live and only use that for the testing purposes.
- For Android or iOS SDK integrations, include the following flag:
@property (assign, nonatomic) BOOL testMode
The default value for this flag is NO
- For WebSDK integrations, call the following method to put the Kiip instance in test mode;
Note: The above steps will only work if the integration was done correctly. If you are still not able to get ads after following these steps, you might have an integration issue and you should follow the support article here for possible reasons for not getting ads.
